Why We Built It

Long-form blog content was hard to navigate; engineers wanted checklists and roadmaps they could execute weekly.

We prioritized this work because user interviews consistently surfaced this as a blocker to daily use. The fix needed to be durable—not a patch—so we addressed root causes in Career Guides rather than symptoms alone.

Engineers, recruiters, and hiring managers all benefit when Honestify behaves predictably in production. This release reflects that bar.

Average time on guide pages 4.2 min (vs 1.8 min on legacy blog); guide-to-signup conversion 12%.
