Engineers struggle to translate scattered GitHub commits, Jira tickets, and resume bullets into coherent stories recruiters and hiring managers can evaluate quickly. We shipped the core Honestify experience: profile creation, AI-assisted storytelling, and a foundation for skills, roles, and interview practice.

Why We Built It

Engineers struggle to translate scattered GitHub commits, Jira tickets, and resume bullets into coherent stories recruiters and hiring managers can evaluate quickly.

We prioritized this work because onboarding drop-off and support volume pointed to a clear UX gap. The fix needed to be durable—not a patch—so we addressed root causes in Platform Launch rather than symptoms alone.

Engineers, recruiters, and hiring managers all benefit when Honestify behaves predictably in production. This release reflects that bar.
